1. Who We Are

Solerno B.V. ("we", "us") operates solerno.ai and an applied AI lab in Amsterdam. These terms cover this website and, unless a separate contract says otherwise, work we do with you.

2. This Website

The site is informational. Pages, work entries, and notes describe systems we have built or are building. They are not a public offer, a price list, or a promise that a given system is available as a product.

3. Client and Research Work

Paid or scoped work happens only under a written agreement that states the brief, fee, and delivery. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms. This website does not sell a fixed-price package and does not collect payment.

4. Intellectual Property

• This site: text, design, and marks belong to Solerno B.V. unless a page says otherwise
• Client work: ownership follows the written agreement
• Open source: third-party libraries keep their own licenses
• Research: we may publish methods, evals, and write-ups from lab work that is not your confidential material

5. Acceptable Use

Do not attack, scrape in a way that degrades the service, or use site content to suggest we endorse a product we do not. Automated access to /llms.txt and the public pages is welcome at a polite rate.

6. External Links

Work pages may link to other domains, including client sites. We are not responsible for those sites.

7. Disclaimer

The website is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every experiment we describe is a finished product.

8. Liability

To the extent Dutch law allows, Solerno B.V. is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or lost data arising from use of this website. For contracted work, liability is limited as stated in that agreement, and otherwise to the fees paid for the engagement that gave rise to the claim.

9. Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Courts in the Netherlands have jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
